tp555 Terms & Conditions — Full User Agreement

To register and use the tp555 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or have been previously banned from tp555 or any associated platform.

tp555 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds pending verification.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may register only one account on tp555. Registration requires accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep your registration details current and accurate at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party, including tp555 staff.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tp555 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.3 KYC Verification

tp555 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point in your account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted verification documents typically include a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Account functionality, including withdrawal capability, may be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.1 Deposits

tp555 accepts deposits in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi banks.
• International card payments via Visa and Mastercard where available.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

From time to time, tp555 offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a registered and verified tp555 account in good standing.

5.1 Game Integrity

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on tp555 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), football, and other sports — is subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports bet outcome, tp555's decision based on available official data sources is final. tp555 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned or significantly changed from their originally listed format.

tp555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tp555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or server downtime; errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected; losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

tp555 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond tp555's reasonable control (including network outages affecting Bangladesh's telecommunications infrastructure) may result in temporary service unavailability. tp555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

All content on the tp555 platform — including but not limited to the tp555 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of tp555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tp555 content without prior written authorisation from tp555.

tp555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tp555 will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via their registered contact method. Your continued use of the tp555 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
